PSK Builders & Realty LLC, established by Paul S. Klauer in 2002, is a local, customer-oriented construction business based in the southeastern corner of Connecticut. We pride ourselves in building quality custom homes to suit all of your needs and within any budget. Throughout the process—from finding a piece of land, to selecting house plans, to securing financing, to project completion and finally moving in—we will be there to help and guide you. We also build home additions and do renovations on existing homes. Some examples of these services include remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, custom decks, and attic and basement buildouts.
